I called this day Day Zero on Facebook but Ground Zero sounds better. I had some coconut water for breakfast and a Beyond Fruit Bar a bit later on.

I made some overcooked brown rice for lunch which I had with some avocado, a sort of rice porridge, and put a bit of soya sauce in it. Then as I had not been cooking for my children for a week I made them a roast dinner in the evening and ate only a small portion of it myself. This all worked quite well.

There were temptations to eat cake, cheese on toast and many other things that my addicted sub-personalities like to dig into and the difficulty now is to keep an eye on what goes into my system, in terms of quantity and quality so that the addicted sub-personalities do not rise up and take over my eating patterns again. At least that’s how it appears to me.
