The Last Day to Vote for Hebden Bridge in the Great British High Street Awards
Let us make Hebden Bridge hit the news headlines for the right reasons almost one year after the flooding, in fact the winning results will be announced on December 12th which is precisely 50 weeks after the devastating floods of 2016.
Robert A Williams and many others have been very active, perhaps for some too active, on Social Media promoting and shouting about Hebden Bridge and it’s last known 2nd Place spot against Chipping Norton, a David Cameron stronghold with his home being only a few miles away in Witney. This is a classic case of the lesser privileged versus the rich elite all over again, so Chipping Norton has the cash and Hebden Bridge has the people and the energy to prevail, YOU can vote here today, 18th November 2016, until midnight GMT
Anyone from anywhere can vote, so you folks reading in the United States and elsewhere, please get voting for Hebden Bridge
What makes Hebden Bridge a worthy winner, well everything that is here, independent shops still prevail over the corporates. We have amazing artists and regular events and exhibitions, there is an arts exhibition on now at the Artsmill:
